I love juices in the mornings but I forgot to buy all the vegetables to juice so I made myself a little fruit bowl to start the day with instead! This recipe is super easy and to me it taste more like a desert! I mean really..! I can't believe that it's super healthy what I'm eating?! - 1 banana
- a handful of blueberries
- 2 walnuts (crushed)
- 1 spoon of maca powder
- 1 tea spoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 tea spoon of cacao powder
- 3 spoons of broken linseed (Dutch transl. gebroken lijnzaad)
When you eat this for breakfast it's important to add the walnuts (or other nuts), this will make your body get rid of bad toxins more easily because of the natural fats. Really.. 2 walnuts won't make you fat honey.. lol.
Also make sure you buy raw Cacao powder NOT Cacoa... (mind the swap between the 'o' and 'a', cause there are health benefits nutrients in the regular Cacoa at all)
