I LOVE warm lunches! I could eat hot dishes all day long..yes people.. even for breakfast..It's that Asian part of me I guess.. ;) ! But I love it even more when it's cold outside! I seriously think this little hidden gem needs some attention. I was there a few weeks ago and I just LOVE the food here SO MUCH! You would never found out about this place if you don't know! But lucky you I'm spreading the word now!! You know that Asian supermarket where I do most of my asian groceries 'Dun Yong' right?! Well if you walk into that shop, you go 2 floors up and you'll find yourself in a little japanese ramen hang-out! For only 10,- Euro you got yourself a super delicious japanese Ramen soup without any artificial flavour enhancers! The guy who prepared mine is from his origin Chinese but he married a Japanese and learned how to cook from the wifey..Don't you just love that?! I mean..look at the pictures I took with my phone..uhuh.. STUNNING right?! Not to mention the great taste of the soup. Really super super tasty! Everything is prepared with much care and good taste..Mmmmm.. If you're not that hungry but you just feel like drinking some green tea with steamed eda mame you're also at the right place here! This is not a super trendy bar or anything. Come here if you want to enjoy some good japanese food on a cozy seat behind the window. LOVE IT! Unfortunately they're only open when the shop is open, so there's not time to have dinner here after work...Have I made you curious? Go check this place out from Monday to Friday from 10:00-18:00 and Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00-17:00.
Address 'Le Fou Fow': Stormsteeg 9 - 3rd floor in Amsterdam. From tuesday - Sunday open from 12:30-17:00
