- Goji berries (as much as you feel like making)
- Pure chocolate (the higher the percentage of the cacao the better)
- Baking foil (this is really important, otherwise you won't be able to crack the chocolate from the plate)
Get a normal pan and fill it up with water half full. Now get a bigger bowl (as long as it's not plastic or wood) and place it on top of the pan. Put the heat on max and add the chocolate into the bowl. When the chocolate is all melted you can add the goji berries, I just keep on adding the gojiberries until there's no more melted chocolate on the bottom. Trust me..with just a little bit of chocolate you'll be amazed how many gojiberries can be coated with the chocolate. Now place your baking foil on a tray and spread the chocolate coated evenly. Put it in the fridge.. and in about 30 minutes or so it will all be hardened and you can crack them up into small bits. Really.. this by far beats M&M's or Skittles!
Make sure you buy the goji's organic! Goji's bought in regular stores contain E-numbers (so always check the back of a package).
