One of my favourite drinks is TEA! I START my day and END my day with a nice cup of tea! I only drink herbal tea and not those weird fruit flavoured ones..EEK so chemical!! As my friends know I most of the time prefer a nice cup of tea over a glass of wine it's very common they give me a nice package of Tea instead of a bottle of wine when I invite them over for dinner..LOVE IT :D! I was actually very surprised when my lovely friend K. gave me this beautiful package from 'Natural Temptation'! It's rare I haven't heard of this tea brand before but I'm glad I know now and I won't forget about it cause I ab-so-lu-tely LOVE the flavour: Elderflower with a hint of Vanilla! Mmmm... As I was curious what more flavours they offer I looked them up on the internet and found out a website where you can ORDER all the flavours easily. Oh.. I'm such a sucker for online shopping... click..click..click and empty wallet...luckily this tea isn't expensive at all! just 3,49 euro for 18 tea sachets!! WOOHOO..

The brazil Nut is SUPER SUPER healthy but you have to make sure you don’t overeat the Brazil Nut, as to much consumption can lead to serious damage of our beautiful sexy bodies! like.. WTF? uhuh.. yes I'm serious.. So what are you waiting for..?! Scroll down to read all the facts about my all time favourite nut! Xoxo The Cookteaser. Health Benefits of Eating Brazil Nuts
Adding Brazil nuts to your diet a few times a week in small amounts can help prevent heart disease, strokes and heart attacks keeping cholesterol levels low. The minerals and vitamins in Brazil nuts even have the ability to help reduce your risks of getting certain types of cancers such as prostate, colon, stomach, and lung and breast cancers. Those who get the cold or the flu can benefit from snacking on a small handful of these nuts while they are sick because the nutrients in the nuts such as the vitamin C, zinc and selenium can help boost the immune system naturally so it is at full fighting power to fight off the cold or flu that you have. Those who suffer from thyroid disorders can benefit from snacking on these nuts because the antioxidants in these nuts have the ability to make an active enzyme that helps support the thyroid known as, "triiodothyronine." Precautions to Think About Now Brazil Nuts do contain some unhealthy fats, which means eating these nuts every day in large amounts could cause you to gain some unhealthy weight. Some people do have some allergies to these nuts so be cautions adding them to recipes. Eating large amounts of these nuts could also cause brittle fingernails, toenails and hair as the result leads to if too much selenium is consumed. Otherwise, Brazil nuts are healthy snack to munch on a few times a week not more then 5 or 6 nuts per dto help keep you healthy and strong. YES I’m a real fishy kinda person.. Uh what I mean is.. I LOVEEE EATING FISH.. Although you might think this dish looks super upscale and hard to make.. Think again! This really took me only max. 15 minutes of my precious time and every idiot should be able to make this.. (if not..sorry, but you’re an absolute retard!! Lol) Scroll down for my recipe. Ingredients for 2:
- 2 beautiful pieces of Cod - 5 big hands of wild spinach (it will shrink..so don’t be scared it’s to much) - 2 spoons of soy sauce (use kikoman. Or an glutenfree soysauce like I did) - A shot of chinese rice wine (you can buy this in really any asian supermarket) - Some (himalayan) salt & pepper - 1 spoon of coconut oil What Now?!: Season both sides of the cod with some salt & pepper (use less salt then you normally would as you’re gonna use soysauce too). Get a pan and turn on the heat (maximum fire) add the coconut oil. Wait till the pan is really really hot and make sure you also feel super super hot ;) haha, you now can add the pieces of cod, after 2 minutes lower the heat to medium/low, wait for 3 minutes and carefully flip the cod on the other side. Again put the heat on maximum for 2 minutes and then lower your heat again for 3 minutes. Now the Cod is almost done move the cod to the side of your pan and put the heat on maximum again. Now add in all the spinach together with the soy sauce and rice wine. Toss the spinach around so the flavours are mixed well. Wait for 1 minute so you’re sure that all the alcohol of the ricewine is evaporated. Make up the plate like I did with the spinach first. if you like sprinkle some garlic flavoured sesame seeds on top for that extra flair ;) enjoy! xoxo The Cookteaser I couldn't stop laughing after seeing this video clip of Ryan Gosling who doesn't want to finish his cereal..
