I go absolutely crazy on Truffle! Truffle with cheese, truffle with eggs, truffle in pastas, truffle steak.. you name it.. I just shove it all up in my mouth... :O Whenever I buy a beautiful chunk of fresh black truffle I always safe a piece to make my own Truffle oil! No rocketscience or anything honey.. just leave a slice of truffle in some good quality olive oil, let it sit for a day and OH YEAH..that's it.. you've made your very own truffle oil! WHAT? that easy?.. YES it's just THAT EASY DARLING ;D
