- 3 hands of Wild spinach (it might look like a lot, but it will shrink darling)
- 2 eggs
- 4 walnuts
- 3 shiitake mushrooms
- a pinch of smoked paprika powder
- some salt and pepper to taste
Start poaching your eggs first (click HERE if you don't know how). Meanwhile you can fry the shitakes in some coconut oil. When they turned nice golden brownish. Add a bit more coconut oil and now you can add the spinach, add some salt and pepper to your taste.
Now show me your plating skills.. and add a pinch of smoked paprika powder and hand crushed walnuts at last.
