Autumn it is honey :D So I felt like taking in some earthy flavors...OH YEAH! I checked my kitchen cabinets and who would have thought that Walnuts and Shiitake mushrooms are such a great combo!! Very Autumn-ish cause of the woody brown color if you'd ask me! Scroll down to check out how you can make this gorgeous dish yourself! Ingredients:
- 3 hands of Wild spinach (it might look like a lot, but it will shrink darling) - 2 eggs - 4 walnuts - 3 shiitake mushrooms - a pinch of smoked paprika powder - some salt and pepper to taste What's Next?! Start poaching your eggs first (click HERE if you don't know how). Meanwhile you can fry the shitakes in some coconut oil. When they turned nice golden brownish. Add a bit more coconut oil and now you can add the spinach, add some salt and pepper to your taste. Now show me your plating skills.. and add a pinch of smoked paprika powder and hand crushed walnuts at last. TADAAAA ... now sit back, relax and enjoy this wonderful autumn brunch! xoxo The Cookteaser
