- 1 eggplant
- 1 super small glove of garlic
- 3 spoons of lemon juice
- 4 spoons of Tahin (sesame paste)
- salt & pepper
As you can see there aren't many steps to follow..just grill your eggplant on open fire..yup..you got that right..OPEN FIRE! please watch out your perfectly manicured nails won't burn! (make sure the eggplant is grilled on all sides evenly, on low heat) After 13 minutes the eggplant should be ready..you'll smell the bbq scent! Mmmm Love it!
