As promised.. see here more pictures from yesterdays event at Spice PR. I'm still all energetic and full of adrenaline because of all the great feedback I got. I mean, cooking for friends and family feels way different then when you make food for 75 people you DON'T know. It's very personal.. like a scent. you like it or you just don't. But luckily everybody loved my food, or maybe it's my secret ingredient 'made with a lot of love' ;) oh well enough talking. Scroll down to see all the beautiful images shot by photographer Erik Sawaya check out his website HERE. The spicy beef balls were a great success! they we're gone in just seconds of time.. LOVE IT! Beautiful people eating beautiful food.. 1 + 1 = The Cookteasers Formula MMMMMmmm. I love my organic chips! Carrots, Apple, RedBeet, Banana.. and more.. so crunchy and tasty! there's even NO salt added! so flavourful of it self!

I did the catering for 'Spice PR' today and it all went FABULOUS! No stress, No flaws, Just me feeling happy while prepping all the foodies! One of the reasons everything went smoothly is mainly because my friend J. helped me out serving the food! So a big Thank You for J.! The guests attending the event we're all very enthusiastic about my fingerfoods, super friendly and glamorous at the same time! Love it! I will post more pictures later on. But here's a quick sneak peak! The Cookteasers Fingerfood for Spice PR
Grilled Eggplant with a filling of Goatcheese with mashed sun-dried-tomatoes and crushed-nuts pesto on top * Apple, Banana & Vegetable chips * Spicy Beef Balls having a bath in a spicy tomato sauce The Cookteasers Lunch was a GREAT SUCCES at 'Amsterdams Fund for Art' (transl. Amsterdams Fonds voor de Kunst)
The menu was Dairy & Gluten FREE: - Thai Tom ka kai , a spicy Thai chicken soup with cocos. - Raw Veggie Springrolls with shrimps and a sweet chilli sauce - Rereshing spicy mango salad with crispy juicy veggies. - Chicken on a stick with a cashew-lime dressing. - Ginger Rice - Fresh fruit on a skewer M..M..MMMmmmmm I was happy when fashion brand 'Supertrash' approached me again to help them to do the catering for all the Supertrash stores from Holland and Belgium with my Pop-Up-Cakes! I really think a pop-up-cake is the best sollution if you want to serve out sweets but no 'super trash' .. no need for cutlery, just pop it up in your mouth and throw it in the bin.
No mess. No drama. Love it! xoxo The Cookteaser. |
