Perfectionist I am I made this dish again yesterday.. I couldn't stand it that I didn't make a proper picture of it that day.. so TADAAA here it is.. I'm not even a big chicken eater but luckily I had my friend N. coming over who just LOVES chicken, maybe it's because he's from the Caribbean, I don't know, but there's just something about him & chicken! He didn't speak to me at all during diner.. he was just nodding his head and busy chewing and swallowing.. haha.. silence we love.. food we love..

When I have friends over for dinner I always like to make something delicious (duh) but something that doesn't keeps me in the kitchen constantly so I can enjoy my company and have a nice glass of wine too instead of feeling like a freakin' kitchen prostitute..
For this delicious chicken dish I used my oven.. I really can't imagine throwing any dinnerparties without using my oven! I think it's great you don't have to stay in the kitchen stirring and walking in and out to check on food...
The plate isn't really made up well as it should be.. but give me a break...I was feeling really tired after a long day at the office and then imagine my friend D. screaming in the background that he's super super hungry and complaining he wants his food NOW.. so there you have it.. TA-f#ck%ng-DAAA ..
