Although I don't really believe in the hype Detox (shocker) with all those promising benefits. I do believe it's very good for the body to skip solid food for a few days to get all the leftover bits out of your intestines... EWWW that really sounds disgusting.. but yeah, it is what it is :O! I also think that when you want to try out a juice 'detox' it's really important to listen to your body, everybody is different and living on juices is just not made for everyone, so don't just do it because so many people are doing it but try to listen to your own body's needs!
I would recommend this programme to anyone who's not familiar with vegetable juices yet or those who are a bit of a sweettooth. Cause even though there are vegetables used, the sweetness of the fruits overrule the taste.
My favourite was the Red Beet Juice which was for lunch, I would really look forward to drink that juice and then I'd try to drink it as slowly as possible so I could enjoy it longer ;D
