Pineapple is great to make smoothies with. It's been a while I've been making smoothies..that's actually because mine fell from the kitchen counter and I don't know why I never bought a new one.. actually..while I'm writing this I'm thinking I really have to get myself a new blender!! OMG.. YES .. haha..so I can make my super healthy delicious smoothies again!!! HAHA it's crazy.. as if I'm inspiring myself ..just RIGHT NOW! uh Oke where was I. Oh yeah..the pineapple.. there are some great things you should know about this exotic juicy fruit..
I personally think a good healthy smile stands for a good healthy person, I mean.. really.. a bad breath or bad teeth is just such a turn-off! Gross.. What people tend to forget is looking after their gum..If a person has unhealthy gums, his/her teeth would be in bad condition, and eventually will fall out..! That's like so not sexy :| Eating pineapple will strengthen your gums that will help keeping your teeth strong and healthy! Due to the enzymes in pineapples, people who have a hard time digesting meats and protein rich foods can benefit from eating pineapples with their meals or as a dessert to help break down the proteins easier in their digestive tract. Let's not forget 1 important thing here, you'll only get all the right nutrients from this golden-boy when you eat him fresh, not when you buy a can of pineapple which is drained in a sugar syrup ..duh!
