There's a BIG difference between Cacoa and Cacao powder..what?!? yes.. mind the mixing of the O and A, stupid ;)!
The main difference between the cacao and cocoa is that Cacao is unprocessed while Cocoa is processed. Therefore Cacao has a better nutritional content compared to cocoa, but that’s only because most of the nutritional content disappears once cacao has undergone processing.
