During the day I drink a lot of water and tea, I recently discovered this new brand named 'Marie-Stella-Maris', don't you just love the name? I was drawn to it on a event I was attending a couple of weeks ago and it instantly caught my eye. The bottle to me looked simple and yet so elegant...it's funny how it works..but because of the way the bottle looked I picked it up to read where it's from and guess what?! It's a Dutch brand! Who would have guessed that? Well there's more to come.. the bottle says 'Drink Water Give Water', this made me curious.. I wondered, what's the story behind this bottle of H2O? I googled it..found the website.. and there it says: 'By drinking MARIE-STELLA-MARIS water, you also share water. Of every bottle sold 15% of gross profit goes directly to clean drinking water projects in places across the world that need it most.' Oke I'm SOLD! now I love this brand even MORE!
I think this is a great way to contribute a bit more to the wealth of others around the globe. Water is the most valuable product on this earth. It's weird that even now in 2012 there's still much poverty around the world that not all of us have the luxury to just open a tab to drink water. The supermarket price for this bottle is aprox. 0,60 Euro for a 1 ltr. bottle. So not even more expensive then any other water brand. I will now only buy their water, I really hope they'll launch a Soda water too! I love a bit of sparkle in my water.
You can get the 'Marie-Stella-Maris' water in every supermarket in Holland. So go buy your bottles of MARIE-STELLA-MARIS water and create a source of clean water for everyone, everywhere. SHARING = CARING!
