As you guys know I'm a big 'in-between-snack' kinda person and..I'm crazy about goatcheese too! So I thought of making my own red-velvet-goatcheese spread! This way I can easily get a ricecracker (or any cracker you love) and spread it on! Besides.. this looks wayyy more exotic then just white goatcheese don't you think ;) not to mention the GREAT TASTE!
Oke this is Super easy to make! So what are you waiting for?! Scroll down for my recipe..!
Ingredients (2/3 goatcheese & 1/3 sundried tomatoes):
- sundried tomatoes
* You do need a kitchenmachine for this!
What to do!?:
- Blend the sun dried tomatoes in your kitchenmachine until it's all smooth. Put it in a bowl and use the kitchenmachine again but this time add the goatcheese in (you don't need to clean your kitchenmachine in between). Stop when the goatcheese is all smooth too!
Now mix the white goatcheese paste with the red tomato paste.. and TADAAAAA!! ENJOY!!
TIP: Instead of the typical pesto or salted-herb-butter on toast to go with some booz when you have your friends over this is a great alternative! And I can tell you.. all my friends LOVE this spread!
Also..make sure you keep this in an air tight box, this way the spread can be saved for weeks!
