I made cucumber noodles (using my Spirooli), grated carrot, bits of mango, raw spinach, apple, sesameseeds and some cranberries. I mixed the juice of half a lime with a small shot of soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil..and there you have it ..a super delish lunch! I made one for my colleague C. too, we discussed that we feel like this dish is a real food-mind fucker, the spirooli I mean, cause we really feel like we're eating noodles and that we wouldn't have had the same satisfied feeling after eating the same amount of cucumber chopped in pieces than eating the cucumber noodle. Weird but true. I just finished my plate..now get my hot ass back to work again ;)
