Sometimes when I don't feel like cooking I just make myself a nice fresh dip to put on a ricecracker or to dip my raw veggies in! A few days ago I felt like making Spicy Guacamole... Please don't mind my 'spicy in every dish' addiction..just leave the peppers out if you don't like spicy food ;) I mean I won't take it personal..no..I totally understand..like ..no really.. It's fine..lol You can make this dip in really 10 minutes if you have a (hand)food processor or otherwise you'll loose a lot of time squashing the guacamole with a fork..and do we love loosing time?? NO! Exactly! So get yourself a food processor!! Another option would be to buy a very very old avocado that's already mooshi . EWWW!! gross!! haha.. that's a joke..duh! Ingredients for 1 normal portion of Guacamole:
- 1 ripe guacamole - juice of half a lemon - 1 tomato cut in pieces - some coriander leaves - salt & pepper to taste (you won't need the pepper if you use the red pepper) - 1/2 red pepper What the f#ck is next?! Mix all the ingredients in your foodprocessor and add the finely chopped tomatoes at last..and..HOLY MOLY! yup.. you've made your very own GUACAMOLE!! (yes I am aware of it that it rhymes ..lol) xoxo The Cookteaser
