As I'm a regular in the gym and because I don't eat a lot of meat I really need my eggs to get my portion of eggwhites and minerals by eating them. If you don't eat enough protein your body will burn your own muscles while working out instead of fat and you won't be able to push yourself to the next level in strenght..... Not so sexy uh!
