I've always been a big fan of the Japanese cuisine, I love it that they work with beautiful products and keep their dishes simple and pure and let the ingredients speak for themselves. I became an even bigger fan when I was in Tokyo exactly 1 year ago. For me it wasn't that much of a culture shock.. it reminded me a lot of Singapore, but the food..OMSG it was SO DAMN GOOD!! There's so much more then the popular sushi... I was having dinner & drinks with the fabulous artist 'Nobuyoshi Araki', that was the first time I ate the dish 'Agadashi', I loved it so much I asked the chef how he made it but it was very hard to communicate with him so I hope I got it right. I always like to make this dish when I'm busy because it's so easy and quick to make, normally I like to serve them with some noodles but today I wasn't really feeling hungry..so I ate this with some steamed edamame.. Check out my Recipe of this delicious easy to make Japanese dish.
