I LOVEEEE coconut water, but I really don't believe brands who pretend that it's ALL Natural what they sell in stores.. I mean.. first of all..it's stored out of the fridge and second.. the expire date is Not really convincing me. Last weekend I was at the Asian supermarket and I ran into this little fella! No I'm actually lying.. I see these fresh coconuts every time I'm in a Asian supermarket..but I never bought them cause ..although I'm Asian.. I don't own a samurai sword to crack this thing up.. BUT that last Saturday I felt like a true ninja and bought the damn coconut! :D I used the biggest knife I have and TADAAAA... f%cking unbelievable.. I don't know about you guys.. but I seriously have strong feelings that when you open your coconut yourself, the juice will taste much more DELISH! No but really..you'll taste the difference.. Really more flavour to it and I love it that you can scoop out the delish coconut flesh to use in a salad or blend it for a smoothie! Health benefits of Coconut Water

Heart and kidney healthy. Reduces the risk of hypertension and strokes and helps prevent or resolve kidney stones. 4. Anti-aging. Contains compounds (cytokinins) that protect cells from aging and cancer. 5. Digestive Aid. Improves digestion and metabolism via bioactive enzymes. Aids absorption of food and efficacy of drugs due to its electrolytic effect. Soothes intestinal pain/spasm. 6. Supports immune function. Its Lauric acid content is anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-viral. It boosts the immune system in fighting infection whilst helping to eradicate intestinal worms and candida. I'm just sayin'... xoxo The Cookteaser

Hi Kelly! Well it actually went really fast. I did it in 3 minutes or so.. can you believe it?! BUT.. I have to say..use a steady underground and don't use your hand to keep the coconut in place. I mean.. imagine.. losing your fingers over a coconut is a bit over the top eh?! Goodluck!
