Oke.. I'm gonna be honest with you guys, as much as I love to cook, there are times when I'm just to tired to make myself a proper meal. but NOOOO problemo!! This is my secret how I still eat something delish without hardly making any effort, yes people; I'm human too ;) Now I hear you thinking..like.. what do you mean?! the food on the pictures looks AMAZING!!??...Don't let your eyes fool you cause you can prepare this exact same dish in really just 15 minutes of your precious time! I always have some frozen Edamame and (Vegetarian) Gyoza's in my freezer! You can buy them in Every Asian Supermarket out there! I bought these at 'Dun Yong' (Stormsteeg 9 in Amsterdam). Boil the Edamame in water and bake the gyoza's in a pan using a bit of coconut oil and some water. Serve it with some sweet chilli sauce and you are DONE!!!
MMMMMmmm.. easy peasy and delicious at the same time! TIP: this is also a great alternative to serve as a starter whenever you have your lovedones over for dinner.. Trust me..Every time I serve this to my guests they're like OH MY GAWWSSHHH this is AMAAAAZING.. This will be our little secret.. Promise ;) xoxo The Cookteaser
