Normally when I have my friends over for dinner I have everything set and done so my guests just have to sit back, relax and enjoy my delish food.. but this time I was rushing back home from work, and I didn't clean my house and still had to do my groceries too! DAMN... So the minute I got home I started like a crazy person cleaning my house, light the candles..and the minute I just wanted to text her to ask if she could come 15 min. later the doorbell already ring! $#%%&^#$%%#$ .. my hair looked like a freakin' birds nest when my friend G. walked in.. G. asked me enthusiastic; what's for dinner babe?! I explained her my situation and asked her to join me to do some groceries at the Eko Plaza! I made this beautiful dish in just 30 minutes! Quinoa with red paprika, peas, grilled pumpkin (with skin), spicy (beef) meatballs and some crispy kale chips on the side..
