Last Sunday I made a nice healthy dinner at D's place.. As usual I asked D. what he felt like eating, but in the back of my mind I knew it had to be something healthy too as D. was just recovering from a bad cold.
I laughed my ass of when I was preparing the pumpkin and D. walked in the kitchen looking what I was doing..I just cut the pumpkin in half and he looked at me as if he just seen a ghost and screamed dramatic.. OH MY GODDD .. WHAT IS THAT??!!??! pointing from a distance to my lovely pumpkin..It smells like FART! WHUAHA I laughed so hard.. you should have seen his face! As if I was doing something illegal in the kitchen. Luckily he loved the pumpkin fries I made combined with a nice medium steak, wild spinach seasoned with garlic and coriander-seeds and a medium boiled egg..
This dish is super healthy, full of iron, vitamins, proteins and healthy fibres. I finished this dish in just 25 minutes!
I will post my recipe tomorrow as I have a serious lack of sleep the last couple of months..and I want to be in bed before 23:00..
