I most of the time drink my coffee and dirty chais decaf. Only when I'm feeling really tired and still have a lot stuff to do I drink mine with. For 2 weeks now I'm drinking a vegetable juice every morning instead of my two boiled eggs regime. And I have to be honest with you guys, the juice gives me such a better feeling and I feel very stuffed after drinking 1 big glass of this! My secret is to put 1 big spoon of Maca powder in my drink (stir it well to get all the lumps out) and I'm good to go. One thing I noticed changing is that since I've been drinking this every morning my skin is really starting to look better, even my friends notice it without me asking for it!
Wondering how I got into Maca powder? Well a few weeks ago I was at one of my favourite shops the 'Super Food Centre' and I was having really bad skin problems..so bad that I didn't feel like going out for drinks! (uhuh..that's when you know it's serious) I asked the friendly lady behind the juicebar if she'd had any advise for me to add to my diet. I don't really believe in all these expensive skin creames..I really believe that you can heal yourself eating the right food. She advised me to start taking Maca Powder and Chlorella tablets. And tada.. look where I am now. No more infections on my skin.. still not perfect..YET.. but my skin really cleared up in just 2 weeks guys! If you know the problem of having skin problems you know how bad you can feel .. you have nothing to loose.. TRY this too!
