Yesterday I made noodles out of Cucumber using my Spirooli (I think I love my Spirooli even more then my Iphone G5 haha.. no really.. I'm so happy with it, it's ideal for people with a gluten-allergy like me, or people who just want to have a healthier food lifestyle). By the way.. I wouldn't even have had the time to cook rice or whatever..because I had to attend the opening of 'Cinemasia' at 'The Balie' at 19:00. So I rushed my way to home straight from work, made my cucumber noodles in seriously just 1 minute, and meanwhile I heated up a portion of my home-made Beef Rendang! and just poured it over the cucumber. SO GOOD ... Mmmm. Clearly, the picture I took isn't really resembling the best how Beef Rendang is suppose to look like...actually..it kind looks like shit..haha ..literally.. :| ..anyways.. trust me honey, IT WAS DELISH! Check out my RECIPE HERE, how you can make authentic Indonesian Beef Rendang too! After feeding myself (lol) I rushed my way to the event.. If I would have known they would serve delicious treats at the Opening of Cinemasia I wouldn't have eaten so much at home.. I'm normally not so fond of shrimps but the Tempura shrimp was really tasty! Crispy from the outside and soft juicy meat from the inside.. just PERFECT! We watched the movie 'Lost in Thailand' which was hilarious! I laughed my ass of .. very relaxing.. exactly what I needed.. a break from work and just a good laugh! LOVE IT!
