For a big bowl of Cabbage Chips
- 5 Cabbage leaves (shred them evenly)
- 3 teaspoons of Nutritional Yeast (you can get a can at any 'Organic or Health Store' for aprox. 3,50 Euro.)
- Chilli oil (you can use neutral olive oil too)
- Sea salt
- Spicy paprika powder
Preheat your oven on 220 Celsius
Start shredding the cabbage leave by leave, try to have them all in the same size.
spread them out over your oven-plates.
Sprinkle the oil, sea-salt, nutritional yeast and paprika-powder over the cabbage. put it in the oven and set the timer on +/- 10 minutes, just check on them that they don't turn into Gothic Black Chips...although I love the colour black.. it doesn't work for cooking.. ;)
ps. you can flavour your chips in any taste you like. I made mine spicy but you can use Lemon olive oil instead of the chillie oil and use normal paprika powder instead of the spicy one. Be creative!
