HAHA Oke...as I was typing the title I already thought.. hmm... 'Morning Juice' sounds kinda gross, but hey.. you get what I'm saying right ;) !? I think I've been drinking my juices every morning now for something like 2 or 3 weeks in a row and I'm really noticing that somehow my body isn't craving for sweets.. YES, I know..like a f#cking miracle has happened! I'm feeling really energetic and because time can be such a bitch sometimes I just make myself an extra large juice instead of dinner. Don´t get me wrong.. I enjoy cooking much more but I see this as a great alternative when time isn´t working out.
Ingredients for this juice:
- 1 granny smith (that's an apple..NOT your granny silly!)
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- a chunk of ginger
- 3 carrots
- 2 big hands of wild spinach
- 1 passion fruit (don't put the fruit in your juicer, just scoop the flesh out with a teaspoon)
- 1 spoon of Maca powder
