Ingredients for 1 person (20 min.)
- nice piece of cod
- 1 spring union
- some slices of ginger
- one crushed glove of garlic
- 1 tomato (sliced in 4)
- 1 shallot
* optional is some carrot bits, goes really well with the ginger.
seasoning:
- 1 shot of soy sauce (kikoman)
-1 shot of chinese rice wine
- 1/2 spoon of sesame oil
Mix everything in a bowl, steam it for 15 minutes and you're done..ENJOY
* top it of with some black sesameseeds, looks nice and great taste!
