For 4 persons you'll be needing:
- 8 lasagna sheets
- 4 hands of wild spinach
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 cube of mushroom stock
- some fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- salt & pepper
- paprika powder
- 2 pieces of garlic (thinly sliced, not chopped)
- water
- coconut oil with a shredded limeleave (you can use Lemon Olive oil too)
What do I do?
Get a pan and fill it with water and add the cube of stock in, when it starts to boil add the roughly chopped cauliflower in and put the lid and lower the heat to medium when it hit boiling point again. (wait for 12 minutes)
get another pan and fill this with some water too and add a bit of salt. when this starts to boil add the lasagna sheets.
Get a frying pan and add a bit of coconut oil with the shredded limeleave and garlic, then add the spinach, sprinkle some paprika powder, salt & pepper. this is done in just 2 minutes of time.
Meanwhile when loose all the water of the cauliflower pan, and get your
