+/- 8 slices of pumpkin with skin (buy an organic pumpkin if you want to leave the skin on)
Preheat the oven on 220 Celcius.
Put some bakingpaper over your oventray. Devide the pumpkin over the tray and sprinkle some oil, salt, pepper, ginger and garlic powder over the pumpkin. and put them in the oven and set the timer on 20 minutes.
Meanwhile you can make your dipping sauce. 1 spoon of mayonnaise, 1 spoon of Chilli Chow Oil (If you don't have that one use any other chilli sauce) and add the lime juice of 1/2 a lime, chop some fresh coriander and stir everything together until mixed well.
That's it! It's so easy and great if you don't feel like cooking a whole meal for just yourself.
