Ingredients:
- smoked salmon
- quinoa
- white wine
- tomatoes
- a tsp of horseradish (you can buy a jar of mashed horseradish in just any store)
- some dille and mintleaves.
Boil the quinoa half/half in vegetable stock/white wine, add some salt and pepper to taste. The wine with the quinoa is really a successful delish experiment! Let the quinoa cool to room temperature..then stash the quinoa up in layers with the salmon, add the mintleaves, dille, tomatoes and a teaspoon of horseradish and you're done!! Really guys.. this is so delish and easy to make!
