For 2 Gorgeous looking persons:
- 1 spoon of coconut oil
- 1 red onion (roughly chopped)
- 300 grams of minced beef
- 1 spoon of Thai Red Curry paste (if you don't have that add 1 red pepper finely chopped)
- 1 egg
- a bit of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 spoon of soy sauce (Kikoman)
- 1 spoon of ketjap manis
- spicy paprika powder
- 1 garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
Topping:
- some finely chopped coriander, if you don't like coriander use parsley instead
What to do?
Mix all the ingredients together with the minced beef, roll the balls in your hands. Heat the pan with the coconut oil and red onions, if the onions are glazy add the beef balls. When they're almost ready add 1 spoon of soya sauce on the maximux heat.
if you like add some coriander on top of it.
