use one teaspoon of coconut oil, add garlic (not chopped but thinly sliced), then add the mushrooms, when the mushroom are almost done add the spinach and paprika, sprinkle some soya sauce and rice wine and sesame seeds. ( I used garlic flavoured sesame seeds, you can get those in any asian supermarket) TADAAAA you're done! if you like to spice it up add a chopped red pepper together with the garlic, I'm a sucker for red peppers... love it when it's hot & spicy!
